No! Spongebob has invaded my brain!

Sweet, Sweet victory! Okay, I’m being silly right now! What to do? What to do? So, um, we’re doing a variation on grilled cheese sandwiches, and I bet money you WILL love this!

Grilled Challah Sandwiches

1 small loaf of Challah sliced
Your favorite cheeses
Olive Oil

Taking the slices of challah, lightly paint with olive oil on each side.

Lay on a griddle turned to medium heat and top with your favorite cheese(s).

Cover with another slice of oil-painted challah.

Press down lightly and grill for about 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes.

Slice in half and serve with vegitarian matzos ball soup or tomato soup.
